The website describes the Services we offer, including example packages with "From" starting prices. These descriptions are general information and an invitation to enquire. They are not a binding offer. Final scope, pricing and deliverables depend on your requirements.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote does not create a binding agreement between you and Webcore Africa, and does not oblige either party to proceed.
For an actual project, a separate Project Agreement may set out the specific scope, pricing, payment terms, ownership, deliverables, timelines, maintenance, hosting and other conditions. If there is a conflict between these terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement applies.
Payment amounts, deposits, due dates and methods are set out in the relevant quotation or Project Agreement. Work may begin only once any agreed deposit or payment has been received.
The agreed scope is defined in the Project Agreement. Requests for work outside that scope may need a revised quotation and timeline, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

You are responsible for the content, images, logos and other materials you provide to us, and for making sure they do not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. We may decline to publish content we reasonably consider unlawful or harmful.
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and the Webcore Africa brand, belongs to Webcore Africa or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work created for a client project is determined by the relevant Project Agreement.
Hosting, domain management, updates and ongoing maintenance are not automatically included in a project. Where offered, these are set out in the relevant quotation or Project Agreement.
Our work and this website may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, email services, payment providers, domain registrars and social platforms. These are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or actions.
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date. We may change, suspend or remove parts of the website at any time.
To the extent permitted by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies, Webcore Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability for project work is governed by the relevant Project Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
